Man, I hurt EVERYWHERE! Who knew that hot yoga from yesterday would leave a bad-a$$ burrrrnnnnnn!! (Fancy folks would call it DOMS - Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness.) Every bit on my body is achey and sore today. Sure, I feel a bit more bendy, but it made for a slog of a run.
Just like Buckleys… if it tastes bad, it must be good for ya! This seals the deal. I’m signing up for a month of this good stuff!!! I may be able to touch my toes by Vancouver! Wouldn’t that be a coup?!
