When I grow up, I’m going to run away and join the circus. Not just any circus - Cirque du Soleil! I am a Cirque-JUNKIE! I saw my first Cirque when I was just a wee lass still living in Canada - before they went global (aka Vegas!). I was hooked. It is a FEAST for the senses. I need a “Cirque Fix” at least once per year - or more! The beauty fills my heart. The music moves me beyond words. And the artists inspire me with their sinewy, perfect balance of brute strength, flexibility and grace. They inspire me want to be a better athlete.
We saw Corteo last night. Fantastic.
For just one night, I dream of being in a Cirque show.
