Put my Big Girl Panties on…

As a training tool, I decided to ride this whole trip in my big chain ring. No matter what the terrain, my goal was to stay in the hardest 3-4 gears.
So, my legs are a little tired… but I can see how it could be a useful shake up to my rides……

    Good idea!

    I’ve switched to using my big chain now for most of my road riding… It seems to be the only way I can keep my HR in zone 1/2… otherwise I’m sub-aerobic.

    When do I get to meet you in person?!?!!?! And go for a ride with you?!?!
